As a recruitment agency this means candidates give us control of their data. When there is a suitable employment opportunity for the candidate we will get express permission from them to pass information onto our client for the purpose of them obtaining an interview and a possible job, Or candidates are the data subjects, we are the data processor for candidates. We are also a data controller for our clients.
The right to be informed:
This is about transparency. We are open about the data we gather about our candidate and our clients.
The information we obtain from our candidate is information that would be put onto a CV in order for us to ensure they are placed with the correct employer(s).
The data we hold for our client are contact details of people that are in charge of the recruitment process for their company.
The right to rectification:
We are always happy to update information we hold to maintain as high an accuracy as possible
The right to erasure:
